The Story Of Fable
Tom Deacon founded Fable because he wanted a source of healthy, nutrient-rich food for his family that was free of harmful pesticides.
He searched for a very long time to find the perfect land where his Farm could grow. One lucky day he found the perfect spot in Yorktown, NY, wherewith love and care, his bounty has been grand so that he can offer local residents, restaurants, and grocery stores fresh, healthy, and organically grown produce.
The Fable Farm Tom planted provides the community with food for their tables and much more. Through Events, Education, and Programs, Fable has become a welcome destination for those near and far.
Fable is open to all who want to experience the magic of what the land has to offer.
