Fable hosts special farm-to-table dinners to benefit the ongoing sustainable and organic practices utilized at the farm. Multi-course meals are prepared using fresh produce harvested directly from our farm as well as other locally sourced fare and is served as you enjoy the peaceful surroundings at Fable.
Special features of dinners may include a tour of the farm, a Q&A with a farmer or chef, and even the opportunity to join us as we harvest a portion of a course, such as cherry tomatoes from our greenhouse, as our chef prepares your meal.
