Fable is a family-run farm and food hub dedicated to sustainable agriculture and education. Tom and Kristin Deacon founded Fable because they wanted a source of healthy, nutrient-rich food for their family that was free of harmful pesticides.
Tom is also a father of three beautiful children and an Emmy Award winning Producer for HBO. He has worked on shows including Succession and The White Lotus, and previously helped create campaigns for several studios including Disney, Fox, Universal, and Warner Bros.
Kristin is the founder and head baker of Ducklings and Darlings, a new venture creating royal icing decorated cookies, while simultaneously raising three wonderful and highly energetic children.
After nine years of operating in Ossining, Fable is relocating to new property providing us with land security, affordability, and the amenities needed to run a proper and modern farm operation.
