The Fable Weekly Wholesale Availability List is open to local chefs in and around Wescthester as a way to provide fresh, nutritious, and delicious produce to restaurants, cafes, and other institutions year-round. All we ask in return is for your honest feedback as we look to improve and expand our farm to serve the community.
Every week our Availability List is sent out with the crops that are currently available, and subscribers to the list will be able to make purchases on a first-come, first-serve basis. As a small, start-up farm we ask for your patience as we tend to sell out of certain items quickly.
Simply respond to our mailer with the produce you’d like and the day and time you would like to pick it up and we’ll have it ready. Pay with cash or credit card. Invoices are available.
