We are what we eat, and we want you to be healthy. That is why we created Fable’s flexible CSA to provide local residents with fresh, healthy, and delicious tasting food.

CSA, short for “community supported agriculture”, provides farmers like us with a crucial infusion of cash used to prepare for the next season. It allows us to buy seeds, plant cover crops, repair equipment, and more. It provides the CSA member with delicious, fresh, and nutritious produce.

We will be relocating over the winter and temporarily closing down. While we are uncertain for how long, if you would like to support our efforts you may donate to our GoFundMe or sign up for a Farm Card for when we reopen.

How It Works

Fable’s CSA Members purchase a Farm Card which they can spend like cash throughout the year in our Market. Members pick out their own produce, as much or as little as they’d like. We subtract their weekly selections from their credit balance.

Going on vacation? No more losing out on produce or arranging for someone else to pick them up for you. Enjoy your time away and your balance will be waiting for you when you return.

And our CSA is no longer limited to just produce. Enjoy some local and value-added products like jarred tomatoes, artisan bread, cheese, and herb-infused olive oil.

Each week we send a weekly newsletter with updates from the farm, recipes, a “Recommended Harvest” for those wanting to eat with the season, and a list of what to expect at our market that week.

To support our mission and purchase a Farm Card please visit our Online Store. Please note we will be closing later this Fall and relocating to our new larger site on the border of Yorktown and Putnam Valley in early 2024. To help with this relocation please sign up for a 2024 CSA Farm Card or donate to our GoFundMe campaign.

We thank you for your support.
