Fable’s mission is to be a year-round local source for high quality food using organic practices and provide the freshest, most nutrient-rich herbs, fruits, and vegetables around. We believe that not only do these practices create healthy produce but also a healthy environment. We aim to provide this produce to local members of our community and farm-to-table chefs. We strive to utilize safe and modern technological advancements such as greenhouses, hydroponics, and vertical farming, to grow delicious tasting produce in the most sustainable way possible. If we treat our body and our planet correctly, they’ll treat us the same way.
